Only two horses will be accepted for training each month. Contact Amara now to book (a deposit will be required to hold your spot). Your horse can be worked towards showing in hunters, jumpers or equitation, foxhunting, or work on your pleasure riding horse. Problem and unbroke horses will not be accepted.

Due to time constraints, Amara will only be offering training charged per ride. Boarding will be in addition to this cost. Owner may choose the maximum number of rides they want to pay for each week/month.

    Do you break horses?
    I do not offer horse breaking. I will accept most green broke horses if their ground work and basic riding cues are in place.

    May I come for a tour?
    We prefer that visitors make an appointment to be shown around the barn. Please contact Amara to schedule a time where she or an employee will be available to meet you.

    What do you require be supplied with horses in training?
    Halter with lead rope, bridle, turn out sheet, copy of negative coggins test, copy of shot record.

    May I ride my horse in it's off days while it is in training with you?
    This will depend on an individual bases. In some cases I may require it, some will be at will and in others I may not allow it. It depends much on the level of the horse, the level of the rider and what you wish to achieve.
